As independent consultant I have executed projects solely and have been part of professional multi functional teams in several projects. These projects were always focussing on portfolio management and product development. How to organize, which processes to use and which tools to use and implement. This goes from optimizing development processes and introducing simple templates to the selection, preparation and implementation of PLM (product lifecycle management) and ERP systems. In many cases started with the companies vision to grow and change from a project driven company to a produt driven company. From ETO (Engineer to order)to CTO (Configure to order).

The wish of Plixxent was to find new markets for their materials in order to grow. New business opportunities need to be found.
I have set up a brainstorm and invited 6 young student from Eindhoven Technical University (TUe).
The result was very good and some really new, practical ideas came up. It is now up to Plixxent to investigate those further.

In order to facilitate eletrical energy transport in the right way, Stedin needs to find new ways to deal with the congestion on the grid. Several new flexible propositions were already developed, but it was really a new thing for Stedin (as for other electricity companies). After 2 years of building experience with it, Stedin needed to get more professional and to optimize the product development proces. A journey from start-up fase to professional stage. For the Asset Management department I optimised the proces, assisted and developed templates.
PLM preparation

Heijmans Horizon is building wood based houses in an industrial way. Several projects were already succesfully delivered. But the mission to produce more houses in the factory (with the same people and machines) introduced the need for change: from ETO to CTO. This change, together with the implementation of a new PLM system was prepared by a team of experts of Modular5. I am proud to say I was one of them.
After this "blueprinting" fase, the implementation is about to start, also executed by the Modular5 team.
